- be physically located in BC
- be at one postal address
- contain more than one unit for rent, lease or sale
- be suitable for people over the age of 55
Listings are posted for one year from date of purchase.

A Contact Form will be enabled to forward customer requests directly to you.
Enhanced Listing
$249.00 for 1 YEAR
In addition to receiving all the benefits provided under Basic Listing, you may post

- video
- a description of 500 words
- 15 key amenities
- map (generated for you)
- starting price
- capacity (number of units)
- ownership
Featured Listing
$349.00 for 1 YEAR
In addition to receiving all the benefits provided under Enhanced Listing, your listing will appear on our Home Page and will be at the TOP of every search page that has matching criteria. It will appear alphabetically alongside other Featured Listings.
Please select the package that best meets your needs.
Once you have filled out your information and submitted payment, your application will be received and reviewed by our Administrator. If everything is in order, it will be approved and posted. While we do our best to review your submission as quickly as possible, due to weekends and holidays it may take several days before your posting takes effect.
You may edit your listing anytime during the 1-year contract period. Edits will be subject to review and approval before taking effect.
